Exercise Tips:

All exercises shown in the video has an advance level and a beginners level. This series will work your abdominal muscles, lower back, your buttocks and cardio. Follow according to your level and work your way up. Remember to keep a good posture at all times: this prevents injuries.

Fitness Video: Bang Bang Workout! – Let’s Start!

1. High Knees
4 minutes of high intensity workout, followed by 10 seconds of recovery.

2. Leg Lift, Star Crunch, Butt Lift
30 repetitions

3. Low Jacks
4 minutes of high intensity, followed by 10 seconds of recovery.

4. Side Back Lift
25 repetitions for each side.

5. Scissors
4 minutes of high intensity, followed by 10 seconds of recovery.

6. Bridge, Leg Lift and Reach
25 repetitions each side.

Exercises are easy to follow, and can be done at home. All you need is an exercise mat.
