Fitness Workout Instruction: Amazing Abs Workout

Part One: 3 minutes of 10 second sets per exercise/ 10 seconds intervals (no rest interval)
Set your timer for 9 rounds of 10 seconds with 10 seconds intervals.
You will be doing back to back exercise without a break for 3 minutes straight:

  1. Kick Ups
  2. Mountain Climber Peaks

You have 10 seconds for each exercise and your goal is to push at your max effort during this interval.

Part Two: 6 minutes of 10 second sets/ 30 seconds intervals
Set your timer for 9 rounds of 10 seconds with 30 seconds intervals.
You will be doing back to back exercises with 10 seconds intervals in-between.

  1. Side Plank Knee Tuck (left side up)
  2. Side Plank Knee Tuck (right side up)
  3. Prisoner Get Ups

Do as many reps as you can for each exercise during each 30 seconds interval and write your reps down.

For beginners:
1. If the knee tuck (see video) is too hard for you, then do just the plank lift.
2. If Prisoner Get Up is too hard for you, use your hands for support

Part Three: 3 minutes of 10 seconds sets/ 10 seconds intervals (no rest interval)
Set your timer for 9 rounds of 10 seconds with 10 seconds intervals.
You will be doing the and back to back for 3 minutes straight.

  1. Plank Jumps
  2. Knee Hugs

There is no rest interval in between these two exercises so you have to move really fast.
Don’t bother with counting the reps just make sure that you are pushing to the limit.
