Workout Break Down
1) Alternating back lunge using the Sandbag
2) Burpees with jump tuck
3) Forward Lunge Leg Press using the Sandbag
Note: If you don’t have a sandbag, use what you have.

Set your interval timer to 12 minutes.
50 seconds work/10 seconds rest with 1 minute rest in between sets.
